1010 Peachtree will be the newest addition to Midtown Atlanta when it is completed in 2008. Standing at 398 ft. tall, 1010 Peachtree will have 35 floors and will contain 443 condominiums with 38,000 sq. ft. of retail on the 1st and 2nd level. This is Phase one of a four phase plan set for Midtown by Selig Enterprises and Daniel Corp. This project is located on Peachtree St. between 11th and 12th streets.
