This project is under construction and is 6 phase project. Phase 1 and 2 are complete, phase two (the new W Hotel) will be complete in 2008, and all other phases are set to be started and completed by 2012. The tallest phase of Allen Plaza, or 50 Allen Plaza, will be between 34-50 stories and will stand at approximately 700 ft. This project is located along Ivan J. Allen Blvd. in downtown Atlanta and will cost $330 million dollars.
